Historic AI Product Launch
As a leading tech company and pioneer in AI, Dropbox wanted to create an AI-infused event that was unexpected, non-traditional, and personalized at every turn. With Dropbox and its customers navigating the future of work and optimal collaboration, the event aimed to drive brand pride and inspire advocacy among its user base during this one-day conference.
Keynote, panel, and demo topics were thoughtfully composed to directly address the customers’ burning questions, needs and pain points, and featured a blend of tech expertise and mainstream appeal. Wilson Dow and Dropbox collaborated to further drive home the theme of centering the customer by developing a “Champions Corner”, where power users could receive information on joining the ranks, capture memories in an exclusive photobooth, and meet directly with the CEO.
As intended, the customer was delivered a personalized experience from start to finish. The “Welcome Experience Wall” greeted attendees personally by name upon entering the conference- This technology is tied to registration and check-in processes and displays a personalized welcome message for each attendee. The guest experience continued at the “Imagination Station”, an AI-powered activation where attendees used prompts to design customized, unique office spaces, which were shared through the social feed, serving as a conversation starter and synergizing the brand’s creativity into the guest experience.
